Quiz: Which destination in Southeast Europe you should visit
Belgrade, Serbia

In 2012, famous Lonely Planet placed Belgrade to their list of world’s Ultimate Party Cities describing it as a destination that “offers intriguingly varied nightlife, ranging from eclectic watering holes for those in the know, to the busy restaurants and bars of the Skadarlija district and the summer clubs in heaving barges on the Sava and Danube Rivers.” Every year you’ll find some of the most famous international musicians and DJs performing in Belgrade, and if you decide to visit this different and unique destination in July, famous Exit Festival is held just an hour north in Vojvodina province’s biggest city – Novi Sad.
Matala, Greece

You’re definitely a hippie soul. Matala is a tiny town/village located on the south coast of the Greek Island of Crete, famous for its hippie history and unique hippie vibe. The town is famous for the artificial caves in the cliff of the Matala bay created in the Neolithic Age, occupied by hippies in the 1960s. Famous singer Joni Mitchell's experiences with the Matala hippies were immortalized in her 1971 song "Carey". Today, this place mainly lives from tourism, and its most famous annual event is Matala Beach Festival, usually held in mid-June.
Herceg Novi, Montenegro

Hey there you alternative and indie mate! Herceg Novi is located at a strategic and attractive geographic area between the highest mountain of the Dinara massive, Orjen (1,895 m) and the entrance of one of the most beautiful bays in the world, the Bay of Kotor. It’s a place of an alternative charm collided with the beautiful architecture and awesome Mediterranean slow living feeling you get when visiting summer destinations across southeastern part of Europe. It’s a city of stairs, amazing food, cool festivals and visibly different nightlife vibe comparing to other popular (or fancy) Montenegrin coastal towns. Perfect choice for folks who are into alternative and indie lifestyle culture.
Skopje, Macedonia (FYR)

You’re a true explorer! Skopje is, without a doubt, one of the most unique capitals in Europe. Really, as soon as you arrive you’ll figure out why.
