This song sounds like freedom… Freedom is everything: CITY OF THE SUN
Hands down one of the best replies on a YouTube comment, posted for City of the Sun‘s jam and their live performance for Baeble Music’s YT channel. The song they play in this one is Everything.
Here’s a bit about them:
“Formed in 2011, City of the Sun features guitarist John Pita and percussionist Zach Para. The band’s sound has an array of influences including indie rock, American folk, flamenco, and blues; it’s been called worldly, cinematic, a mix between Rodrigo y Gabriela and Explosions in the Sky.” source
The band was actually a trio up to this year, and they addressed the split in an Instagram post shared in November 2020: “As some of you may have noticed – Avi is no longer a part of the group and has moved on to pursue his own projects. Over the years, people can grow apart creatively, but we wish Avi nothing but the best in his future endeavors. He’s working on some awesome music and we encourage you to check it out and support him on his ventures.” source
In June of 2020, City of the Sun released their second full-lenght album called City of the Sun.
